Winter pavements are harder on a dog's paws than most owners realise. Road salt causes chemical burns, ice cuts into soft pads, and the persistent cold leads to cracking and soreness that lingers well past the season. Most dogs show no obvious signs of discomfort until the damage is already done. The WarmStep boots sit between their paws and all of that. A plush inner lining holds warmth in, the water-resistant outer shell blocks moisture and road salt, and a non-slip sole gives solid grip on icy and wet surfaces. The adjustable velcro fastening means they go on quickly, stay put throughout the walk, and come off just as easily when you get home.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 48 hours of delivery if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, providing a photo of the issue so that we can evaluate it and send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Frequently asked questions
Most dogs adapt within one or two walks. Let them sniff the boots and wear them indoors for a few minutes before the first outing. The snug velcro fit helps them forget the boots are there faster than you'd expect.
Each order includes four boots, one per paw.
The PU outer shell is water-resistant and blocks moisture, wet ground, and road salt. They are not designed for submersion, so avoid deep streams or standing water.
Place your dog's paw flat on a piece of paper and mark the widest point across the toes. Measure that width and compare it to the size chart in the Size section below. XS fits from 3.5cm, S from 4cm, M from 4.5cm, L from 5cm, and XL from 6cm. If your dog falls between two sizes, go with the larger one. The adjustable velcro strap will take care of the rest.
Wipe with a damp cloth after each walk. Do not machine wash or tumble dry — it damages the PU shell and lining.

The shoes are great, but they might be too small for a Shih Tzu. Size L is definitely enough, or maybe even M. Overall, they are excellent, I highly recommend them.

The sole is non-slip and actually not hard. The insole is not furry, but smooth, which is comfortable for the dog.
Our toy poodle is 1.8kg and i bought size 1 in pink and size 2 in black. Both sizes work, size 1 works better. Just don't forget to take filling material out first lol. Boots work very good, stay on feet and dog doesn't mind wearing them. Her feet stay dry, unless she stepped in the slash puddle. Satisfied with the purchase.
I order every year, only in these my dog walks without issues. They are warm and have soft soles. But faux leather is so thin that it tears very quickly.

Very nice, they fit the dog well and fit perfectly.
The size doesn't match, just like all Chinese products 🤣. I ordered size 2 - that's normal, but these are smaller. If you're going to buy, take a size larger!
They are just like in the photo, and also super soft and well lined with fur inside. I tried them on her first, the two in the front, and it didn't take even 8 minutes for her to get used to them. Then I moved on to putting the ones in the back on her, and perfect, after 10 minutes she was running around with them.
