Returns & Refunds Policy

At Homepaw, we want you to be completely happy with your order.

You have the right to return any item within 14 days of receiving 
your order, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 
2013 (UK law).

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their 
original condition and original packaging.

How to return:
Email us at contact@homepaw.co.uk with your order number and reason 
for return. We will respond within 2 business days with return 
instructions.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process 
your refund within 5–10 business days to your original payment 
method.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer 
unless the item arrived damaged or faulty.

Damaged or faulty items:
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us 
within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will 
send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
