Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 48 hours of delivery if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, providing a photo of the issue so that we can evaluate it and send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or faulty.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

The lid uses a secure push-lock mechanism that keeps the bottle fully sealed during transport. No moisture reaches the bag interior unless the bowl is open.
The silicone bowl detaches for separate washing. Both parts are hand-wash recommended with warm soapy water. Not dishwasher safe, as sustained high heat can affect the silicone seal over time.
At 330ml, a full bottle covers approximately 45 to 60 minutes of active walking for a medium-sized dog in mild conditions. In warm weather or for larger breeds, carry a second fill or refill at any public water point.
The stainless steel body slows heat transfer from ambient temperature, keeping water cooler than a plastic bottle over equivalent time. It is not an insulated double-wall design, so it will not maintain cold temperatures for extended periods in direct sunlight.
