How long does delivery take?
England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. Orders typically arrive within 5 to 10 working days. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order has been dispatched so you can follow it every step of the way.
Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over £35. Orders below that threshold have a small flat shipping fee applied at checkout.
Can I return a product if it doesn't work for my pet?
Absolutely. We offer a 14-day return window from the date your order arrives, in line with the UK Consumer Rights Act. If your pet simply doesn't take to a product, get in touch with us and we'll sort it. Items must be unused and in their original condition to qualify for a refund.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All transactions are processed securely through Shopify Payments.
Are your products safe for pets?
Every product in our catalogue is made from non-toxic, pet-safe materials — BPA-free plastics, food-grade silicone, natural rubber, and soft fleece where applicable. We don't list anything we wouldn't use with our own pets.
My order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, what do I do?
First, check your tracking link (sent by email at dispatch). If your tracking shows no movement for more than 5 working days, or if your order is past 12 working days with no update, contact us at support@homepaw.co.uk and we'll investigate and resolve it promptly.
