Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 48 hours of delivery if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, providing a photo of the issue so that we can evaluate it and send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Cats groom themselves. This just gives them something far more satisfying to do it against.
I was not satisfied with the quality. The toy arrived in a disassembled state, and no matter how much I try to assemble it, it keeps falling apart into two parts. The cat only needs to rub against it a couple of times and the "Yorkshire terrier" pops out of its slots.

So cute! surprisingly sturdy for a toy in this price range. the cat likes the mouse hanging from the arch. she hasn't used it yet to groom herself, but i hope she might. she did sharpen her nails on the bottom plate, so it's already useful!

Everything is fine. You can glue the brush so it doesn't fall out, and apply double-sided tape to the base.

Great toy, the brush fits perfectly in the bottom part, the mouse is the crowning touch, my cats love it, you still have to get used to the brush, the first attempts have been a success for the cats. . Here are a few photos. . The toy is a bit light. . falls over when the mouse is moved vigorously. . I secure it with double-sided tape. . then it should be perfect.

Product is very bad designed… upper part is not attached properly to the bottom part (you only put it „in”) so if cat wants to rub around it, it breaks apart…

Very low quality, it came with cracks at the bottom and is broken.
Great, now we just have to wait for it to be used; the base isn't very strong, let's hope it doesn't fall off when rubbed.
I do not recommend. The upper part that the cat rubs against keeps falling off. The product should be thrown away.

Me and my cat really want to like this, but it's just not sturdy enough. Every time she goes to rub on it, the brush comes off from the base. It's just fit in some holes without any kind of support from the bottom of the base, so it doesn't require almost any force to pull it out. She gets so scared every time it comes off that now she only sits there and hangs out with it but doesn't brush on it anymore. I will need to manufacture a better base for it if i want her to use it as intended.
It looks nice, we'll have to see my cat playing with it, regards.
